Scott was great to deal with. Was very prompt, efficient and professional in responding to enquiry, providing quote and scheduling the work. My house ended up needing some re-wiring (I had a very tight roof space) and I had to add to scope, nothing was too much trouble. Will happily call on Scott again in future and recommend him to family and friends.

I recently had an excellent experience with Scott from On Point Electrical. I arranged for ceiling lights and a new oven/stove top with range hood to be installed via Facebook Messenger, and he was impressively quick and responsive. Scott answered all my questions promptly and was transparent and genuine with pricing, unlike others who overinflated their quotes. His professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout the job. He was patient and even stayed beyond usual business hours to ensure everything was completed. I highly recommend Scott and will undoubtedly turn to him for all future electrical work!

Scott and his team came to check the source of an electrical fault in my kitchen. Scott was easy to communicate with and the team arrived on time. They were good about keeping the area tidy while completing the work and quickly found the cause of the issue. Scott was very helpful in providing a report of the issue so I could proceed with an insurance claim. I’d recommend OPE to friends.

We are able to contact Scott over the weekends to book oven replacement job on Monday morning. He is on time and very efficient. Less than one hour, he has checked the wire, had new oven installed. Very happy with his service, will have him for future jobs.
